How we care for Elders in Zombo District
In Zombo District, we come together as a community to support and honor our elders with warmth, dignity, and respect. Through home visits, companionship, and practical assistance, we work to improve their quality of life and ensure they feel valued, supported, and connected.
Our Impact So Far in Zombo District
• 60 elders supported through home visits, companionship, and practical assistance.
• 20 highly vulnerable elders receiving additional care due to illness, isolation, or severe hardship.
• 5 community gatherings held, bringing elders together for hot meals, food distribution, and fellowship with the local church community.

Food Preparation & Delivery
Volunteers prepare and deliver nutritious meals to elders, helping ensure they recieve regular nourishment and compassionate care.

Home Visits & Care
Through regular home visits, we support elders in our community with care and companionship, check on their well-being, and provide weekly food support to ensure they recieve the nourishment and care they need.

Spring of Life works hand in hand with local communities, volunteers, local churches, local government authorities, and the local government medical centre to provide compassionate and dependable care and support for older people in Zombo District.
Supporting Elders with Local Health Services
We work together with local health workers and community leaders to ensure elders receive care that is safe, respectful, and appropriate to their needs.
Each visit helps identify health concerns early and connects elders with the care and support they need.
